Every caregiver and nanny is carefully screened to ensure safety and security for our clients. Caregivers go through two interview processes. In addition to being interviewed by our professional staff managers, every caregiver is required to pass a National Criminal Background Check, Sex Offender Check, and DMV Record Check. We also verify every caregiver’s certifications and licenses. Candidates are also sent to be interviewed by the client, who will make the final decision to hire if he is pleased. No caregiver is placed with a client until the client is completely satisfied with the interview process.

Types of non-medical services we offer include incontinence care, personal care and grooming, administration of medication, transportation to appointments and social events, meal preparations, laundry and housekeeping chores, pet care, child care, exercise, and companionship. These services are available not only in the home but also at a hospital, where a loved one may have an extended stay.
